Originally from Myanmar (Burma) and based in New York City, Thinzar Kyaw is a Strategic Partnerships Consultant, Private Sector and Civil Society Branch at United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). She has contributed to high-level forums, research initiatives, and international policy dialogue at leading institutions such as Bloomberg L.P., United Nations Office for Partnerships, International Rescue Committee, New York University, US-ASEAN Business Council, and Myanmar Business Coalition on AIDS.

Thinzar holds a Master of Science in International Relations and Business from American University and is pursuing a graduate coursework in Global Development Practice at Harvard Extension School, Harvard University.

She is dedicated to fostering informed dialogue on global development, markets, and leadership in today’s global landscape.
